The electric eye locating on the rear of the machine detects bottles sent by robot,
the transport mechanism inside the machine start working, transfer the bottle into
the first working station to rinse,bucket conveying mechanism to stop working;
Interior washing is controlled by 18 independent control of six rows of elevated
pressure (inside the spray wash,).rinse time of up to 18 seconds.
Washing bottle station 1:Isolated drip dry
Washing bottle station2-3: heating alkaline solution washing
(adopt electrical heating tube:36Kw,can reach 65ºC to remove the dirt inside the bottle
( Heating tank with double stainless steel, sandwiching cotton insulation, thermal insulation
treatment to increase flushing pipes
( Quick return structure, effectively prevent the thermal diffusion and energy conservation
